At CrowRider, we know well that spending a few days in a training room will not, in itself, make a project manager out of anyone. For this reason, our approach is based on creating a development path rather than single stand-alone sessions, and we pay a lot of attention to post-training session support.

Furthermore, we strive to be as flexible as possible in the creation of the learning solutions. For this reason we have create what we call the flexi-modules, which can be combined in many different ways to create the most accurate fit for YOUR needs.

Our project management development path consists in five different levels, which are illustrated below. Starting with the basics, through to an advanced class. Both these levels can be completed and integrated with the 1 day flexi-modules.

We offer a broad spectrum of certification preparation classes. From PMP* to Scrum, our certification classes are built carefully around the best industry standards.

Since we believe that a certification is a starting point for a great project manager rather than a point of arrival, we also offer advanced classes in the flexi-module format for further development.

In addition to the “off-the-shelf” solutions, which you can read about in these pages, at CrowRider we can create any project management related tailored class to fit your needs. Just let us know!
