Emotional Intelligence for project leadersFeb. 2nd, 2017 15:00 CET
At CrowRider we consider developing emotional competencies as key for ANY project or team leader.
We therefore include exercises and elements of Emotional Intelligence in our project management classes (yes, even in the basic ones).
What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)?
In the words of Howard Gardner, “Your EQ is the level of your ability to understand other people, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them”
Why is it useful?
EQ is key in creating healthy, successful, collaborative relationships and team environments, where challenges can be dealt with efficiently.
Developing a mature EQ means learning how to better understand others, how react to them appropriately, and to negotiate with them.
Sign up for the free webinar if you would you like to hear about Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and how it can influence the life of any leader. EQ is key for leaders, in order to successfully reach objectives by building healthy, motivated teams.
