Sometimes preparing for a certification can become very challenging, more so if one cannot discuss specific questions with other people.
In order help, we have noticed that even a small amount of extra help, can lead a very long way. Therefore all of our platinum solutions include the following:
1 – a chat function where questions may be raised and will be answered by experts,
2 – one hour Expert Contact Time (ECT), i.e. real personal review time with an expert (via Skype or other tool) to whom you can ask questions (make the most of your ECT): additional hours may be purchased.
3 – support in connecting to others who prepare the same certification nearby, or to local chapters.
