New Template Added: a simple EVM template

Hi,

I’ve added a simple Earned Value Management template to the templates collection.

It will not run your whole project controlling, but it will quickly create an EV period-end report (…if you have the data, of course).

Just insert the reporting period, the work package names, their planned percentage of completion (PoC) in the current period, and the total planned value of each work package. Then add the Actuals: actually completed PoC, and the actual costs.
